Order Processing
Each order is custom made with care. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to create and prepare your magnets before they ship.
During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer—but we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after being shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Because each set of magnets is custom made using your personal photos, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love your magnets. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
