How it runs
We set up
An hour before guests arrive, we set the station where guests naturally gather — a table, power, and a printer that’s already warmed up.
Guests scan and upload
A QR code on the table opens the upload page. They pick a photo from tonight, crop it, and hand it off. No app, no account.
They take it home
About two minutes later it’s a finished magnet. Most guests come back two or three more times before the night is over.
The magnet arch
A handcrafted seven-sided arch dressed in fourteen custom magnets — six at 2.5″ and eight at 2″ — made from photos you send ahead of time. It welcomes guests at the entrance, and afterward the fourteen magnets are yours to keep. $150 added to any package.
Questions we get asked
How long does one magnet take?
About two minutes from upload to a finished magnet in their hand. Larger guest lists get more time at the station so no one misses their turn, which is why guest count sets the package.
How many magnets do guests get?
Unlimited, on every package — most guests come back two or three times before the night is over.
What sizes do you print?
2″ and 2.5″ square. Your package includes one size; adding the second size is $150.
What do you need from our venue?
A spot where guests naturally pass by. Indoors or covered, please — printers and weather don’t mix.
Do you travel outside Utah County?
Yes. Travel is complimentary within 20 miles of Eagle Mountain; past that it’s a flat fee by area, shown in the estimate above.
How do we hold our date?
A 50% deposit and a signed agreement. The deposit is non-refundable, and the balance is due fourteen days before your event. Smaller occasions hold with a $200 deposit.
Do you do events other than weddings?
Yes — company parties, client events, conference booths, showers, birthdays, open houses, and markets. Company events run $950 to $2,000 depending on headcount, with your logo on every magnet; smaller occasions are $350 an hour with a two-hour minimum.
